2. Hosting
This website is provided via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc. or affiliated entities) as Cloudflare Workers / Static Assets. In that capacity, Cloudflare processes, as processor and/or recipient, technical access and security data (in particular IP address, date/time, requested URL, user agent, referrer and security logs) in order to deliver and protect the website.
Logs are typically retained only for a short period in accordance with Cloudflare's default settings (generally in the range of up to approximately 30 days, depending on product and configuration). 3. Contact form
The contact form is ordinarily submitted directly via the Web3Forms service (Web3Forms LLC), without personal data being stored permanently on this website. The information you enter (name, company if provided, email address, message) is transmitted by HTTPS to Web3Forms and forwarded from there by email to thorsten@egerconsulting.com. Under the Free plan in use, Web3Forms stores form submissions for up to 30 days for delivery purposes and then deletes them automatically. Processing may also take place in the United States; further information: Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
If Web3Forms is unreachable or an internal monthly safety limit has been reached, your email application opens instead (mailto) with a prepared draft. In that case, the information you entered and any metadata from your email application are transmitted to us only when you actually send the message.
Purpose / legal basis: Responding to enquiries and, where applicable, preparing contractual steps (nDSG Art. 31, legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures). No automated decision-making takes place.
Recipients: Web3Forms as technical delivery provider, and our email provider for thorsten@egerconsulting.com. No sale of personal data.
Retention: With Web3Forms, up to 30 days (Free plan), then automatic deletion. Enquiry emails are retained by us only for as long as necessary for handling the request or for subsequent mandate follow-up.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. No fonts or scripts are loaded from Google Fonts or similar third-party providers.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, data portability and objection in respect of your personal data. Contact: the email address stated above. Supervisory authority in Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB).
